House of Jung presents

BreathRave

One hour of breath. One hour of music. One room, moving as one.

The idea

Before the drum, there was the breath.

Every tribe found it. Slow the breath down. Speed it up. Hold it. Then let the music take the rest.

Two hours.
One journey.

No stage. No headliner. The room is the act. Energy builds from the floor up, one breath at a time.

01

Breath

sixty minutes

Guided breathwork led by SOMA-certified facilitators, in rhythm with the music. Start on the mat. Follow the voice. Let the pace rise.

02

Move

sixty minutes

The beat takes over. Deep, hypnotic, tribal. Free movement, no choreography, no right way to do it. Just bodies and bass.

The moment

Hold...Drop.

The room takes one last breath and holds it together. Silence. Then the bass lands and everyone lets go at once.

Daytime

A different way to go out. Back out in daylight, feeling it.

Alcohol-free

No drink, nothing taken. Just your breath and the sound system.

No experience

Never done breathwork? Never danced sober? Good. Start here.

Come as you are

Sober, sober-curious or just curious. Solo or with your people.

The room

A legendary London club. Revealed to the list first.

House of Jung

An underground events collective between London and Madrid. We build dance floors that mean something.

Questions

What actually happens?

You arrive, find a spot and settle. For the first hour, facilitators guide the room through rhythmic breathing, set to music, with breath holds timed to the drops. Then the music lifts and the second hour is yours to move however you want.

Do I need any experience?

None. No breathwork, meditation or dance experience needed. Everything is guided, and you can go at your own pace or rest at any point.

Is it like taking something?

No. Nothing is taken. It's your breath, the music and the room.

When and where is it?

London, early 2027, at a club you'll know. The venue and dates go to the list first, before anywhere else.

Is it suitable for everyone?

Most people, yes, but some breathing techniques aren't right for everyone. If you're pregnant, or have a heart condition, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or any medical or mental health condition, check with a healthcare professional first. You can always breathe gently or sit any round out.

Is the venue accessible?

Get in touch at info@houseofjung.org and we'll sort it with you.

Limited capacity

Be in the room. Breathe first. Move after.
